I want to introduce you to the 7 Day Strength And Flexibility Yoga Challenge

Welcome to the 7 Day Yoga Challenge

Start your journey to a more balanced you

 

Day 1. Beginner Flexibility

We’ll start by working on the fundamentals. This will set the foundation for the rest of the week as well as work on your flexibility and strength. "You go back to fundamentals when things start to go awry."

 

Day 2. Hip Opening

Opening up your hips can help relieve stress on your spine, help your alignment, and build strength. In addition to the physical benefits of hip openers these poses can help relieve stressful emotions and expand your creativity.

 

Day 3. Power Yoga

Vinyasa is the type of yoga that links breath to movement, which helps to improve your concentration, relieve stress, and even help regulate your body temperature.

 

Day 4. Heart Opening

These poses and movements will improve posture by strengthening your back and spine. Practicing heart opening poses also opens up your heart chakra, which is the connection between your body and mind.

 

Day 5. Spine Strengthening

Your spine supports you every day, bringing life to your limbs, and supporting your ribcage. Strengthening your spine can not only correct your posture but help with pain throughout your body and decrease depression.

 

Day 6. Restorative Stretching

People think they must always exert their body to see change, however a lot of growth comes from resting after exertion. If you’re ever having a tough day, you will come back to this flow and reset with your intention.

 

Day 7. Fun, Strong, and Balanced

We will focus on the things we have learned from this past week while having some fun. In this flow I’ve included some of my favorite poses just for you (hey half-moon 😃).
